Pros
The people are all very nice and genuinely amazing to work with. There is a lot of trust in you handling your own work, as you feel is best. Very environmentally conscious, with a free vegan canteen. Dedicated volunteering hours and plenty of budget for courses and extracurricular learning. Yearly company wide pay-rises and/or bonuses.
Cons
A lack of progression structure: with basic high-level targets, it can be hard to foresee your progression path. Even though the company are proactive in pay rises and bonuses, these can still sometimes fall behind industry standards.
