Pros
No Pros to Share, one can only work here when there is no other option. Company hires or exploit talented experience people without job and use them to run business. Very good to join when you don't have any other option. Do visit their main office before or during your interview to realize the state of company office
Cons
Worst Infrastructure for a Software development company, seems its ages the management thought about this being a software company. Basic things like Dining area, proper chairs, proper desktop/laptop to do development work is missing. No presence of HR, admin or facilities department, people supposedly in these departments are not doing what they are supposed to do. Not for experienced people.
