Pros

The two things I love most about working for Ecosystem are the truly brillant and kind coworkers, and immediate trust/support from higher management from day one. Its the kind of place where, if you have the drive to succeed, you will be propelled and supported from every corner as part of a very caring and collaborative team.

Cons

Very few formalized procedures, might not be the best choice for someone who likes rigid structure.

Pros

What has always stood out most to me is that Ecosystem's company culture actually matches the values it promotes. There is a strong emphasis on innovation, efficiency, and accountability, and it is clear that those values are shared by everyone who works here. I’m constantly learning from the people around me, and there’s a strong sense of ambition across the organization. Leadership is engaged and open to feedback, which makes it easier to feel connected to the direction of the company. I’ve also appreciated how supportive the environment is when it comes to experimenting with new ideas and investing in employee growth.

Cons

The environment requires a high degree of ownership and self-direction. Management is relatively non-hierarchical compared to more traditional companies, so there’s an expectation that you proactively ask for help, learn from mistakes, and figure things out as you go. That can be a great fit for people who like autonomy, but it may take adjustment if you’re coming from a more structured environment. There’s also an expectation that employees step outside their comfort zones and contribute wherever needed, which means complacency is not really an option. Also, the people are unfortunately too enjoyable to spend time with, which may lead your friends and family to question why you voluntarily attend so many work-related social events.
