Pros
Ecoplexus is a terrific mid-sized renewable energy development company with great compensation, benefits, work flexibility and very supportive management. Like everything in life, you get out of it what you put into it. If you're passionate and energized, you can do extremely well at Ecoplexus. If you're on the compensation gravy train and not fully invested in your work, it's gonna show and you're not going to be happy or successful here or anywhere else.
Cons
Working remotely, not my favorite, but this is the reality in our world today. Company is trying to upgrade systems and processes, which can create additional work, but in the long run, this will pay off.
