      Pros

      Was a great learning experience for me, was given a free hand in deciding how to go ahead with any piece of work, was ample feedback and direction on tasks assigned. Though the heads of the organisation are based in UK, in spite of the time difference, they are mostly available for every employee to free to reach out to them. Had the opportunity to meet and work with some wonderful and supportive colleagues and built a great rapport with the entire team, including the management.

      Cons

      Distant reporting was a problem at times to convey the intent/justification regarding tasks assigned. However, effective and timely communication would be the key to avoid such issues.

      Pros

      EPG helped me out in all the platforms whenever I needed. The stipend and paperwork turnaround time is really higher.

      Cons

      Require resources to monitor either individual reviews or the service reviews system as a site feature.

      Pros

      With the larger part of the internship mainly focused on multiple research projects, I also got the chance to be a part of an education conference team. Balancing both the roles allowed me to take up challenging tasks adding to my learning experience. The entire period was intellectually stimulating and highly professional, at the same time having a very cordial environment and friendly management. Given the opportunity, I look forward to being back soon, at EPG.

      Can't really think of any, but do have a team sports game soon.
