Pros
The culture is just amazing. You can tell they care about your well being and sanity, since the job is so demanding. The food provided is awesome, the charity competition at the end of the year is a great way to bond employees from different departments, and the happy hours every Friday make the company feel like home.
Cons
Because it is family-owned, you know everything about the founding family - the good and the bad. There's misplaced favoritism, gossip all around, and a few managers don't have the leadership skills to successfully inspire the team.
