      Pros

      I really enjoy the variety that this role brings. We have customers at all different stages and it's great to see their businesses come to life and be a part of that. Company also puts a lot into personal development for their staff which I think is wonderful.

      Cons

      Fast paced, but they do provide tools and support with this.

      It's pushed me outside what my marketing scope ever was, we are always trying and doing new things which I like as it expands my knowledge.

      if you don't like growth not the place for you.
