Pros
The job itself was pretty easy to get and your co-workers are pretty friendly. They always start you off with a poor salary and then give you a big raise at your 3 month review to give the illusion that they are compensating you fairly.
Cons
Where do I begin? The main poison is the management. They like to throw their weight around, I've seen countless time when they would berate an employee in front of everyone just to seem important. Everyone's overworked and under compensated. A manager that I got to know pretty closely, has told me that they constructively dismiss people that they feel are getting too expensive or just plain don't like. This is the main reason of the extremely high turnover rate (most people other than the managers last around 8 months). And don't get me started on the nepotism.
