      Some really good people (and coffee).

      Cons

      So if you happen to get retrentrenched from Ecolab and need the paperwork to claim benefits, just don't ask the Head of HR at Lobster Ink or Global HR Representative at Ecolab for help. Send as many emails as you like, they will ignore you.

      A job and make some money

      Cons

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
