They have great benefits , time off if you can take it ,work car and clothing allowance
Cons
Hours weekends holidays being on call , working with caustic chemicals. Filling in help when there not enough staff. Base pay rate , how they chart sales numbers , increased outlandish goals. I hit my goals 8-10 years. Getting promoted they are more worried about image then promoting with in.

Pros
Excellent benefits, including comprehensive health care.
Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
