Pay. As most reviews have highlighted our pay is seriously lacking. Pay directly affects ability to hire as we’ve had open territories for the last year. Commission structure isn’t very lucrative as you’re constantly covering for other territories which are in the “open route”. If we felt valued in regards to pay it would make a world of difference, and no minimum raises don’t make us feel any better when other companies are willing to pay a better hourly wage. Room for advancement is lacking as you have to play into favorites whereas talent isn’t recognized and degrees aren’t considered within this new one institutional. If you want to keep your employees show us that you’re actually listening and increase wages to fill empty roles on teams and or change the commission structure as working harder for less isn’t profitable.
