Pros
Its a large company with a great many good people that work for it. Great stock.
Cons
This is not the Ecolab that once was. While they will try to wow you with the 20+ year veterans if you look around most of the (field work force) is sub 10 years there is a huge turn around. if you do come on board you will be on call 24/7 even on your weekends off and forget about trying to get a holyday off.
