Pros

Offers benefits you might not get at other companies

Cons

High turnover. Company is parting out US CS dept and related divisions to Buenos Aires and trying/failing to hide it from the US employees, especially since other depts are being warned and people talk. Has been happening since the newest CEO took over. Many employees forced out of the company; company claims to offer placement in other divisions but doesn't follow through and only offers 3 month severance pay (knowing how hard it is to find a job with a liveable wage in the US) to the employees it fails to place (personally ive only seen 3 get placed in other teams, everyone else from those teams is gone, and the team they are moved too isn't guaranteed safe from further changes). All this to maximize profit because they can pay BA agents a fraction of what they had to pay US agents, even though that profit is eaten up by turnover since many of the BA agents do not stay. The company used to boast about the awards it would win for being an amazing place to work, you hear nothing of that anymore. Current employees get almost no management support, and the management who are trying to learn and support their agents are ostracized by the other managers. Job perks have gone. Benefits are lessening each year. They cap out how many people can get 'exceeding standards' on reviews so that they don't have to give a many raises (ask me how I know this). Training is not consistent anymore, not sure how the company passes the ISO audits. New employees/teams are not effective due to training issues; causing A LOT of customer complaints. High performers are being targeted due to burnout but management doesn't listen when told the team/agents cannot take on anymore new tasks. The employees that are still there are either actively looking for new employment or desperately hoping to make it to their retirement. For a company whose main goal is to bring clean/drinkable water to the world they really should stop trying to push AI and automated processes, whose data centers have been proven to be toxic to the water and air in the cities surrounding them.

Pros

Great management, interesting projects, and a very positive work environment. The team culture is strong, people are professional and respectful, and overall it feels like a great place to work. I really enjoy the type of work, the projects, and the way people collaborate with each other.

Cons

The main downside is that it can be difficult for contractors to transition into full-time roles. There seems to be a strong reliance on contract and offshore resources, so long-term internal opportunities may be limited depending on the business needs and hiring strategy.

Pros

The actual coworkers and team members are great. Everyone is super supportive and just trying to help each other out.

Cons

Management: There’s a huge disconnect between upper leadership and the people doing the day-to-day work. Goals and priorities change constantly with very little communication, and it often feels like micromanagement takes the place of actual guidance. Work-Life Balance: The workload is completely unsustainable. You’re expected to handle an overwhelming amount of work, but you aren't given the resources or staffing to actually get it done without burning out. Expecting people to constantly work over their hours has become the norm. Lack of Growth: Career progression is pretty much non-existent. Promises of promotions or career development are thrown around, but they rarely actually happen. There’s no clear pathway to move up, so it’s easy to feel stuck and stagnant.
