      No pros at all here

      Cons

      Everyone that works here are miserable and management thinks everything is fine. Human Resources will not look after employees. There are approximately 24 full time positions and of that 11 people have either been laid off or quit in the last year and a half. Think about that…

      Pros

      Team both management and support are all in for the right reasons. We build partnerships with the solar installers that use EcoFasten Solar - we don't just sell aluminum. Freedom to be yourself and work your personal assets into your consultative sales methods. Get to put your "big boy" or "big girl" pants and drive the sales process.

      Honestly I cannot think of any negatives with respect to working at EcoFasten Solar.

      Autonomy, lack of micromanagement, unlimited PTO

      Cons

      Terrible new CEO, lack of professionalism, blatant sexism from some employees. Favoritism.
