      Salaries of Competitive for the Market

      Cons

      Employees are not valued for their worth in experience they bring to the company. It is an ever revolving door with warehouse and staff personnel. Perfection is expected of the employees. This is relayed through condescending language and attitude via ownership and senior staff in the Vermont Office.

      Pros

      Team both management and support are all in for the right reasons. We build partnerships with the solar installers that use EcoFasten Solar - we don't just sell aluminum. Freedom to be yourself and work your personal assets into your consultative sales methods. Get to put your "big boy" or "big girl" pants and drive the sales process.

      Cons

      Honestly I cannot think of any negatives with respect to working at EcoFasten Solar.

      Autonomy, lack of micromanagement, unlimited PTO

      Cons

      Terrible new CEO, lack of professionalism, blatant sexism from some employees. Favoritism.
