Pros
You get paid.... I'm forced to write 5 words, and thats all I could think of.
I'm still here working for the company, but will be leaving in mid to late oct.
Cons
1) Strict and unwavering expectations.
2) YOU CANNOT WEAR YOUR OWN SHIRTS OR COATS....YOU'LL HAVE TO WEAR A REALLY UGLY GREEN SHIRT AND CONSTRUCTION VEST!
3) Pay isn't on par with whats expected or with what other companies (Flawless) pays.
4) Management is angry if your late, even if it's by 1-2min.
5) 9 cars cleaned per night + you must include other inspections, so you must clean a car, charge it and then ensure that the washer fluid is full, amongst other details... <-----EVEN WHEN IT RAINS! NO EXCUSES PEOPLE.
6 Cannot use cars to go to and from lunch
7) You have to take your lunch.....in the car. You cannot deviate. Which means... if you bring a cold lunch or a lunch that needs to be heated up, you simply cannot do it. Your cold salad/lunch will get warm during shift, and you cannot travel to a microwave during lunch. I.E. If you're charging a car or in some random street, thats where you'll have to take your lunch.
8) Management: Never an exception made for you.
Remember.... this company is on a contract w/ ReachNow. ReachNow and Car2Go have recently merged, which could possibly bring about change in agreement between the two companies. Car2Go uses Flawless to maintain their fleet. This is just an opinion, and i hope will serve for you to do your own research.
