Cons
Forced to sign a bogus employee review at time of acquisition to another company. They hadn't done employee review for over one year, but then when selling our site, had to quickly conduct reviews with nearly everyone. Required to sign an employee review without discussing it with anyone. Only choice: sign it or not. No space for comments provided.
