      - Higher level management may not give priority to personal - work life balance. sometimes they want their teams to follow the same approach. - Compensation for management is below the average market. - The company does not cover medical/dental/vision Insurance premiums.

      None! Best job I’ve had and would work there 100% hands down if I still lived in the city. It gets insanely busy but it comes with the territory
