      Pros

      New & upcoming chicken restaurant, Chick-fil-A competitor, lots of room for internal growth & promotion. Relatively easy job for a restaurant manager

      Cons

      Ridiculously long hours. If you don’t mind typical restaurant bull crap then you’ll be fine but if you have any doubts in working in the food industry this is not for you
