Not much to say at the moment unfortunately, except for the WFH and salary is ok,

The CEO's insistence on maintaining control and involvement in every detail, despite lacking expertise in all departments, is hindering effective management. While recognizing the CEO's ownership of the company, the failure to hire specialized staff and constant micromanagement is counterproductive. Acknowledging that employees may possess valuable insights and expertise, a more collaborative and trust-based approach to management is recommended.

- Colleagues are great, people are so kind and helpful. Can be toxic though but you just have to know how to not absorb the negativities - Location is good, spoiled with choices for lunch! - Flexi hour

- No training provided, be prepared to just dive into your job and survive. Can be a good thing, you'll learn to be quick and resourceful - Favoritism - No vision, lack of planning, you'll find yourself confused a lot in this company. But don't worry, you're not alone cause your manager is probably confused too. Don't bother being proactive in this company, they only want cold robots who can perform things as instructed. No room for experimentation - Lack of transparency from the leaders
