Pros
If you have been with the company for >3 years, than wages are much higher than industry standard. Pity the new hires who work for a fraction of what their co-workers may make and receive less vacation time to boot. If you are a 'yes' man/woman or relative/buddy of management and have the talent to brownnose like there is no tomorrow, than you may enjoy or at least pretend to enjoy working at this place.
Cons
The Cons outweigh the Pros hands down. EasyPark is the "TransLink" of parking companies. A bastion of dysfunction, lots of bureaucratic red-tape, top-down and reactive finger pointing management, mismanaged resources, wasteful spending, nepotism, and conflict of interest in every department. What to expect: Low employee morale, high turnover. Be prepared for a very steep learning curve and battling never-ending fires! Be warned if you are considering a Managerial position. You will be expected to work long days and weekends. If you are considering operations - bonus! You will be on call 24 hours / day - 7 days a week.
