None that I can think of

Cons

-Management treats employees as though they are beneath them. - Equity is non existent for a company in an incredibly saturated market. - Severe need to hire competent management. There are Account Executives here with 10x more thought leadership than their "supervisor" and it shows. - Company manages by fear with their "big brother" tracking software stack. Please be ready to be micro-managed unlike anywhere you have ever experienced before. Severe lack of direction, and overall unwillingness to change. - Incredibly narrow minded when it comes to product innovation and adapting to market needs/changes.

Regarding thought leadership, I believe it's essential to provide more opportunities for team members to share their perspectives openly. To support this, we are continuing to make changes to our collective meetings, allowing more input and influence from all team members. Our Chief of Staff has also facilitated open office hours to collect more feedback and engage folks at all levels of the business. Additionally, we have established a culture committee comprised of employees from all levels of the company. This committee ensures that our culture is maintained and that we proactively address ways to improve the workplace for everyone. We are committed to continuing to find more ways to ensure every voice is heard at EasyLlama. Thank you again for your feedback.
