Company works well, good ideas and the tech is good.
Cons
Strange practices, lots of cameras everywhere and has lots of trust issues.
Training given is more just on protection of the company or making sure you understand their policies which are over the top, rather than explaining the role.
New starters are just left to it, no really buddy system to break the ice or welcome.
The roles aren't quite defined, was told by management that the role chart is wrong on the day of starting.
The lunch room isn't vibrant as they say, very quiet and sad during lunch times.
Doesn't pay for time spent at the company
