- you get to learn a lot; afterall they make you work 16+ hours per day so that is obvious - you'll get to learn HOW NOT TO BE A LEADER - all the leads are pathetic over here so that is again obvious - you'll get to live your life at the bottom-most point of your career - if you think your life sucks, try working here - and that's when you'll realise your former life was good
Cons
- no recognition - expect no empathy from the LEADERS of this organization. - highly unstable company, they're facing huge fund crunch and fire their employees - POD leaders use abusive language and give you no respect - blame game culture is there - you'll get blamed for each and everything - leaders lack experience; they don't know anything about technology and yet they claim to be tech leaders. - worst company culture - payscale is too low - a lot of favouritism is there; hard working class is fired and favourites are retained and their salaries are incremented
