Pros

I came specifically to work at East Bay Innovations because I wanted to work for an excellent organization that empowers its clients, provides a fantastic work place for its employee's and supports the families who receive services. This agency has shown it is a leader in the field in the quality of its services and its positive working environment for staff. How many agencies in this field bring in a union for its employees because they believe it is a matter of justice? Not many! Well this one did and it is constantly going above and beyond for its consumers. What agency was founded to provide support for people to live independently who were living in more restrictive environments? East Bay Innovations was one of the first! A leader in the field and an innovator in practice. I believe in East Bay Innovations!

Cons

The field is underfunded, thus agencies like East Bay Innovations have to find creative ways to be financially sustainable, provide quality services and establish a just wage for it's staff. Tough in this environment.
