      Pros

      I've had an amazing experience at Easol. The team is smart, driven, and genuinely supportive. There's a strong culture of ownership, and everyone's ideas are valued. Leadership is transparent and approachable, and the company is truly passionate about empowering creators. Fast-paced and a lot of change as the company develops, but in the best way - you’ll never be bored and always feel like your work matters.

      Leadership shifts focus frequently. The company is going through serious growing pains to grow into the massive valuation from the Series A & get to the next funding round

      Pros

      You'll make connections and friends for life, the product is great and the culture is unmatched in this day and age. The office is gorgeous and the vibe is always good.

      Cons

      Work hours can sometimes be long- however this isn't really a con, as there's always help on hand.
