Pros
The team you work with in the store. The products you sell. The discount is the main reason why a lot of people work for the company.
Cons
Bonuses, salary, benefits, operational hours, expecting a lot for little pay and not a lot of hours to do everything needed, management is obligated to work on the weekends. As a manager you have to work 40 plus hours per week, but you are salary. You clock in and out. You have to work a minimum of 8 hours on the weekends. Your district manager doesn't usually live in the same area as your store.
