Pros

None that I can think of, they cannot seem to keep employees happy but only pad the pockets of the management with our hard earned fees.

Cons

Breaking promises, trying to manage consultants as children, back paddling like no tomorrow.

-Overall good company to work for, -Work with majority of clients in the market. -Friendly staff. -Not much red tape. -Good environment in offices. -Able to make a lot of money & deals if you put the work in.

Cons

-Restricted on what umbrella companies we can use, makes deals harder to convert against our competitors in the market. -Too many changes on incentives plans.
