Great pay for an entry level position, with multiple pay raises as you gain more experience, generous travel reimbursement, set your own working schedule and hours
Cons
Personal vehicle is required for work, work schedule can dry up if you don't have multiple sites lined up and make getting hours difficult, upward mobility is difficult within this company (Small size so understandable)
