The first value listed on the website is "transparency with our customers and employees." Earth Rides shut down Thursday, Jan 20th with no explanation given from upper management. Employees are owed one full 2-week pay period paycheck, along with an additional 4 days of a partial pay period. There's been no clear communication from upper management on when drivers will receive their pay. When employees started pressing management for answers and sharing their concerns, the founder of the business announced that they were shutting down that company group chat, limiting drivers' ability to stay connected. There has still been no communication from the founders on what happened or when payment can be expected. Drivers also are not able to know how many tips they generated in the pay periods owed, so it is hard to trust that the amounts will be correct.
