Pros

Some great employees, but very cliquey.

Cons

-Owners and Upper Management make false promises when it comes to training, assisting employees/lower management, and any tasks. They are prone to gossip and badmouthing employees and managers to others, causing unnecessary drama and division between fellow employees. Inappropriate comments are not uncommon and there is little to no privacy. Instead of finding facts behind issues, Owners and Management are quick to find blame (factual or not) and do not change opinions, instead justify their knee-jerk reactions. -Incredibly high stress with no change in sight; a large disconnect between management and staff, as pretty much all of the previous reviews have stated. Even though each reply has stated "working towards", no changes have been made to fix this issues. They continue forward without any true policies and procedures in place. -Over working employees (don't expect to work only 40 hours a week ever), and get mad when things still aren't done. -Place a higher value on clients and money than own employees. Even when clients are inappropriate or aggressive, if they buy enough you are expected to "laugh it off". Multiple occasions the mantra for upper management has been "Anyone is replaceable".
