Business outlook
Pros
Ability to work from home if needed, direct supervisor very knowledgeable and accommodating. People are committed to the work. Most of the people I work with have been around this field for a long time so have a lot of knowledge and expertise.
Cons
Part of the organization changed a lot a few months ago and people were moved around to different teams. There’s a lot of frustration about how that happened because we weren’t asked where we think we would fit best. Upper management doesn’t know half of what we know and it’s really frustrating to see them make decisions without even talking to us.
