Pros
Flexible work hours if your manager allows it. Work from home. Nice coworkers.
Cons
They brag that they have the best culture, but it's really a "drink the kool-aid or get lost" kind of place. That leads them to only hire people like them so it's a giant echo-chamber of "yes-people" and family members (seriously if someone wrote a TV show that showed this much nepotism in a workplace, viewers would write it off as too unbelievable). It's ironic that they sell diversity equity inclusion training when as another reviewer pointed out, they practice multiple forms of exclusion. Leadership won't acknowledge and fix internal problems, they would rather spend their energy blaming employees or gaslighting them into thinking they are imagining things. Product is not future-proof (which resulted in a huge number of layoffs and salary cuts due to the pandemic, but it's not the first time that happened. They recently made some virtual products in response to losing all their business but it is always reactive, never proactive). Pay is mediocre and not transparent. Benefit premiums are employee-paid. There's no pension plan or RRSP matching or anything. It's not a coincidence that any time a bad review shows up here, a bunch of over-the-top positive reviews do too. That's the kool-aid talking.
