Pros
Great opportunity to dive into some things you may never have worked with before. Really cool people to work with, definitely a community you want to be a part of.
Cons
As an intern I felt like we didn't have too much structure, we were able to really just explore our problem statement any way we wanted. That is a pro but the con is just that our PM wasn't around too much in the case where we had questions about what direction to go in.
