      Little to no training, terrible corp environment, no support from regional/corp ofc mgmt, severe lack of collaboration and direction, knowledge of certain markets is severely lacking causing unrealistic expectations

      The regional manager was absolutely wonderful, helpful, understanding and compassionate.
