Terrible company to work at! - Engineering Eagle Eye Networks Employee Review

CEO is a total lunatic. He runs the company like a start up where the engineering team can do no wrong but all the other dept get screamed at, literally. People come and go quickly due to the lack of management and the terrible organization. It is a very micro management environment, where there is no accountability and decisions are made with a "well its better than it was" and timelines that are unrealistic and cause more issues than they do solve issues.
