Pros

- Collaborative team environment - Flexible work arrangement

Cons

Compensation payments were delayed and appeared to be conditional on the company’s financial performance. To my knowledge, this issue was not isolated, as multiple team members experienced unpaid compensation for an extended period. Outstanding payments remained unresolved at the end of employment. Communication after leaving the company was slow and inconsistent, with follow-up emails often receiving delayed responses or no response at all.

Pros

Nothing is good, in my opinion

Cons

I left them in September 2025, and as of May 2026, they still haven’t paid me two months’ worth of salary totaling $900 CAD. They’ve ignored my emails, even though they still have active clients working for them. Previously, they had been paying all their employees late since the beginning of 2025; by May, they stopped paying salaries altogether and then paid the following month. There are about 15 employees in the same situation who have not been paid by Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

Pros

When I was working here, I like how structured the workflow was and its supportive environment.

Cons

Unfortunately, things went south with the payment after months of working here. It was started by changing the payment medium from Wise to Rippling that cut 2% of the salary. Then there was a delay to our payment; 2 weeks after the usual date. After the reoccurring problem regarding of our payment, the company didn't and have not pay the salary by using clients' payment issue as an excuse.
