      Regular pay and a manageable commute.

      Cons

      Nobody listened. Period. I brought up real problems with real consequences, and I was brushed off every single time. There was no effort to understand—just orders, silence, and occasional blame. You either burned out quietly or spoke up and got labeled "difficult." There was no winning.
