Pros

Good pay Some good people A good rep in the industry

Cons

Crappy leaders who do not care about the consequences of their actions. One would think that, for a company that advises other companies for a living, a thing as straightforward as splitting the consulting arm of the business from the audit/tax side would be backed by due diligence and strong internal support. Turns out it was not, ended up costing $700 million, and has exacerbated layoffs and stupid cost-cutting measures. Do not go to work here.
