From the CEO on down, everyone aligns with the company values that drive day-to-day work and motivate success. Everyone is helpful, supportive and eager to see colleagues do well, something that one does not always find, particularly in remote-first environments. It's easy to see why EXUS was voted best workplace in the UK last year because the management truly strive for it to be.

The interview process was quite lengthy, but considering the caliber of colleagues here, it seems part of a thoughtful process to build the best team possible.
