Employees,co-workers are friendly and clever people Pays are not delayed Good salary for Greece You will learn a lot and it will make you a better professional
Cons
There is no plan for staying for long . You stick with the position you are hired . You may be offered much much more work and responsibilities but no promotion. The same goes for salary. It will never update. Management is a mystery. Most of them are irrelevant to the sector and really don't have a clue of what is going on with all those projects and how they should run a company . This may rise your workload to 300-400% since there is no understanding of what the engineer has to do.
