- I'm a legacy Medifit employee. From the site level, it seems EXOS doesn't fully grasp the needs and time constraints of corporate employees. While all the education is great, it would be beneficial to be given examples of how to integrate the methodologies into time-crunched employees (this is slowwwwly improving. It would be great if this was also part of our monthly education sessions.)
- Pay: There is vast disparity of HFS salaries. In my region, annual pay can begin around 26k and up to 34k. Income is not determined by skill or expertise, but by what is established by the site. I'd hoped through our merger with EXOS, salaries would be somewhat standardized.
- Medical Insurance: High deductibles with quarterly disbursed company HSA contributions. I've paid quite a lot out of pocket.
