Old technologies, not willing to take initiatives to improve the infrastructure. Not rewarding employees that try to improve the business and come up by themselves with solutions.

have had a very positive experience working here at HQ Corporate Office . The culture is collaborative and people genuinely care about doing good work while supporting each other. Leadership is accessible and open to ideas, and there is a strong focus on partnerships and long term value rather than short term wins. The work is interesting and varied, with opportunities to take ownership and have real impact. There is a strong emphasis on quality and continuous improvement, which makes the work rewarding.

Like any fast paced organisation, priorities can shift quickly and workloads can peak at times. That said, teams are upportive and there is openness to discussing resourcing and timelines when needed.
