      Pros

      The CEO and management team really care about their employees and is there for there for their employees when time are hard. The company cares about helping its customers and learners. There is tons of opportunity for growth. Great supportive teamwork environment; no one ever points fingers, everyone is focused on solutions. Salary is commensurate with national averages. The technology team keeps up with the times as well as the development of the courses, CMS and LMS. Company cares about accessibility. I company you would want to work in until retirement.

      Pros

      The mission and the people are the biggest draw for this company. The impact on education is inspiring. Following the sale of the company in 2025, the company seems to be on an upswing and that is reflected in the energy of the team and the success of some new partnerships.

      Cons

      Strategic direction is lacking, but rebuilding. A lot of promises made in the sales cycle can be hard to deliver and displace roadmap priorities.
