close to no training to work on the floor very "numbers" oriented, will give you the boot if your sales aren't what they want (even though it's not commission based) Does not follow legal policies for paid and unpaid breaks (never got a break) Will hire anyone, even if they know nothing about clothing/retail Asks way too much out of part time stylists Managers aren't required to truly manage the store: can have others do payroll, bank deposits, close, etc. staff meetings with corporate are slightly "cult-esque"
