the owner plays favorite's, no benefits at all. Some leads are not licensed, and don't work because the owner said they don't have to. Those in their crew are expected to work take the blame when mistakes are made. Take no credit when no mistakes are made. I can continue but I wont .

Get trained in bra fitting, shape fitting, good insight into customer service, good overall company (Arcadia), ok staff discount across all brands.

Store closures are high, too much stress on staff to open account cards (which are now literally credit cards now). Too much focus on other brands that makes Evans seem forgotton.
