Growing and Thriving Company - Field Service Engineer (FSE) EV Group Employee Review

This is a growing company that still has a small company feel. I have personally been with the company for over 10 years. I truly enjoy my job and the people I work with. Getting to work for an international company has been a great experience. I have even had the chance to visit our headquarters in Austria a few times.

Just like every growing company we are going through some growing pains. However, management is working hard to address this.

Small company, friendly folks, fresh ground coffee, snacks, company activities, OK benefits. Remote work available and sometimes encouraged.

For a company that is growing so fast so large, pay has been stagnant. 15-20% below competitors Nepotism runs behind the scenes Jobs appear and dissolve monthly, opportunities for growth are a lottery. When they decide on a direction from above, no consideration to anyone involved.
