Pros
Working here feels like being part of a family despite the company being small. One of the things I appreciate most is the opportunity to be exposed to different areas, which has helped me learn. My manager is supportive and always approachable, which makes a big difference. The flexible work arrangement is another huge plus, allowing for a good work-life balance.
Cons
Of course, there are some things I don’t fully agree with, but overall, the experience has been positive. I consider this a good place to work, and I’m happy to be part of the team.
