Great environment to work in. I really learned a lot from management.

Have to be a self starter and seek projects for yourself. But that isn't necessarily a bad thing.

Emil - the owner is an expert in SEO & internet marketing. He runs two different companies out of the same office & has us run marketing campaigns to grow the companies. When you start, he has you learn so much about internet marketing that you become an expert. Then when you're ready he gives you a project that you do completely by yourself, and when you're finished you report back to him and he shows you what to work on and gives you a new project. I've never had a job with this much ability to come up with your own solutions & learn.

One time we ran out of milk for the coffee & all there was was coconut milk.
