We respect your opinion. Safety is part of who we are and how we think at work and at home, it is not something you turn on and off. ETIC does have a very robust health & safety training program and an incredible safety record. Our clients wouldn’t even consider working with us if we didn’t take this extremely seriously. ETIC also has discipline specific training programs (i.e., technicians, operators, scientist, geologists, engineering, project managers, etc.). Career development, growth, and advancement will continue to be a top priority for ETIC moving forward. Culture transformation is a dynamic evolving process which doesn’t change overnight. There have been great strides towards improvement.
